St. Francis Convent and Campus

St. Francis Convent and Campus is home to the Franciscan Sisters of Little Falls, Minnesota, a community of women religious whose members are called to a life of prayer, simple living and service to those in need in the spirit of Saints Francis and Clare of Assisi. We are committed to nonviolence as we seek to heal and serve the poor and marginalized. We work to build communities of peace and justice wherever we are called to serve. We minister to women and children, support immigrants and migrant workers, reach out to people who are hungry and without permanent shelter, and nurture people in their faith journeys. 

The Franciscan Community sponsors a variety of ministries and programs on the Little Falls campus that extend our mission and values to the world. All are welcome!

  A full-service health and fitness center offering a heated swimming pool, gymnasium, racquetball and pickleball courts, weight room, circuit training, cardio-exercise equipment, yoga, personal training and massage services. A variety of fitness classes are offered for all ages and abilities. Qualified instructors help members and guests stay fit, feel good and have fun! Day passes are available.

  A community school for the arts located on the campus of the Franciscan Sisters of Little Falls. Since 1979, St. Francis Music Center has been providing music education and enrichment programs to Little Falls and the surrounding rural communities. Today, the Music Center has a staff of 15 professional teachers who offer private lessons on piano, all band instruments, violin, viola, cello, bass, guitar, bass guitar, ukulele, and voice as well as dance classes. The Center also has a Community Chorale, three string orchestras, a brass ensemble, two percussion ensembles, and ukulele classes for seniors. Everyone is welcome!
