Tis’ the Season!

It may be November, but we’re ready for the holidays in Little Falls, MN. We have the low down on the annual Little Falls Christmas Tours, other fun holiday events in the area, where you can find Santa, and some great gift giving ideas. Tis’ the season for fun holiday festivities in Little Falls!

Little Falls Christmas Tours

The Little Falls Christmas Tours is a holiday event that happens annually the ten days following Thanksgiving that showcases four incredible locations around Little Falls including the Burton-Rosenmeier Home, Linden Hill Historic Estate, the MN Fishing Museum and Hall of Fame, and the Charles Lindbergh House and Museum. Each location has its own hours, ticket pricing, and fun holiday themes!

New this year will be stamp cards. Tour each Christmas Tours location, collect a stamp at each stop, and enter by December 17th, 2023 for a chance to win a prize! The drawing will be on December 18th, 2023. Each location will have drop off buckets, so you can drop off your stamp cards at the last location. You can also drop off your completed stamp cards at the Little Falls Area Chamber of Commerce and Tourism.

Linden Hill Historic Estate

Linden Hill Historic Estate will be hosting Christmas at the Mansions with self-guided tours of both historic homes! The 1898 mansions are sure to wow with this year’s theme, There Are Angels Among Us. Explore the beautifully preserved homes, enjoy the stunning grounds and breathtaking view of the Mississippi River, and check out Laura Jane’s Gift Shoppe for holiday shopping and snacks after your tour. Tickets can be purchased online, in-person, or over the phone.

Rosenmeier Home Tours

Next door to the mansions, you’ll find the Rosenmeier Home Tours hosted by the Morrison County Animal Humane Society! As always, the Rosenmeier will have The Nutcracker Suite. Wander the lovely home, take in the holiday décor, and count nutcrackers for a chance to win a prize!

MN Fishing Museum & Hall of Fame

Across the bridge is the MN Fishing Museum and Hall of Fame with Christmas Tree Lane & Special Displays. Browse over one-hundred items up for silent auction including trees, wreaths, gift baskets, and more! The O-Fish-L Gift Shop will be open for holiday shopping and Santa will be available on the weekends.

Charles Lindbergh House and Museum

The Charles Lindbergh House and Museum will have a new theme this year, A Holiday Flight. Visitors will get to explore the famous aviator’s boyhood home where you can learn about Lindbergh’s travels around the world. You’ll discover a variety of global holiday traditions during this incredible tour!

And don’t forget to put these other amazing holiday events on your calendar! The Friday after Thanksgiving, November 24th, 2023, the West Side Improvement Association will be having its annual Santa Parade starting at 6 p.m. Bundle up and make your way to downtown Little Falls to see some incredible holiday floats including a final float pulling Santa!

Are you decorating your home this holiday season? Sign up by November 20th to be put on the Winter Wonderland Lights Map 2023. View stunning holiday displays from the warmth and comfort of your car all month of December, 2023! All of Morrison County is invited to participate.

And, while you’re out and about exploring the Little Falls Christmas Tours, stop by the Little Falls Community Middle School on Saturday, December 3rd, 2023 for their annual Carousel of Crafts events.
