Spoken Word Artist Guante

Spoken Word Poet Guante will be performing and signing books at Markets and Music on the Mississippi at Le Bourget Park in Little Falls. Kyle Tran Mhyre, who performs as Guante, is a Minnesota-based hip-hop recording artist, slam poetry champion, activist and educator. He describes his performance style as a blend of poetry, theater, and storytelling. His latest book is “Not A Lot of Reasons to Sing, But Enough”. Book signing at the Friends of the Little Falls Carnegie Library booth.  Performance on stage prior to the featured band. This program was made possible with Minnesota’s Arts & Cultural Heritage Funds from Minnesota’s Clean Water, Land, and Legacy Amendment.
