Pancakes Around the World

Bring your taste buds as we explore pancakes from other countries. We will be serving sample size sweet and savory pancakes from different nationalities: Latvian, Dutch, Swedish, Ukrainian, American traditional and more with various topping including this spring’s maple syrup. Ingredients will be sourced from Sprout and the Little Falls Farmer’s Market.
Curt Jones from Run Creek Farm will have educational sessions on the process of maple syrup. You will be able to purchase this year’s maple syrup from Rum Creek’s 680+ tapped trees.
Kid’s activities include: “Flapping the Jack” and coloring/activity sheets.
