Certification and Agreement to Contest Rules
I certify that (1) I have read and agree to the Little Falls Area Photo Contest Official Rules; (2) I am properly entering this Contest and complying in all respects with the Official Rules; and (3) I am not a LFCVB employee or Board member or an immediate family member of any LFCVB employee or Board member. I represent and warrant that (1) I own all rights, title and interest in and to the photo attached to this entry form ("Photo"), (2) the Photo is my original work, (3) the Photo does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any other person or entity, and (4) I have all of the necessary rights and authority to submit the Photo. I understand that by submitting this Photo, I am granting to the LFCVB and its licensees and assigns, a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide right to copy, crop, edit, publish, display, distribute, sublicense or otherwise use their photographs for the full term of copyright thereof, in connection with the publication or display of sponsor's travel-related content, in all languages and all media, whether now known or hereinafter devised, including without limitation on the Internet, on mobile platforms and/or devices and on the cover or in the interior of the LFCVB’s travel guides, and in the advertising, publicity and promotion thereof. Entrants warrant that their photographs are their original work and are not owned by any other person or entity; do not violate any law or regulation; and do not infringe the rights of any person or entity, including, but not limited to, any copyright or trademark rights and/or rights of privacy or publicity. Entrants understand and acknowledge that they will not have any right of approval over the use of the photographs and will not receive any compensation as a result of any use of the photographs by the LFCVB. Entrants also understand and agree that nothing in this agreement obligates the LFCVB to use their photographs. I understand that submitted Photos will not be returned. I, on behalf of myself, my heirs and assigns, hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless the Little Falls Convention & Visitors Bureau (LFCVB) and its employees, officers, affiliates, agents, and advertising and promotion agencies from any and all damages, injuries, claims, causes of action or losses of any kind resulting from my Photo and/or participation in this Contest, including infringement of intellectual property rights.
